Network Engineer Sr. (Lead)

Job Summary:

The Senior Network Engineer will provide Tier III technical support for external and internal customers within the organization.

Responsibilities include: Documenting Procedures, Maintain Network Readiness, Incident Management Response, On-call support, Coordinate infrastructure changes/upgrades in response to US-CERT notifications. Network Systems Lifecycle (Purchase Recommendation, Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Decommission) as well as Network Systems Management (Implementation, Operation, Transition, Configuration Management). Performing other related duties as assigned.


Minimum 7 years’ experience in an enterprise network and infrastructure environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
Product and Service vendor relations and coordination
Self-motivated and directed, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees via face to face communication, over the telephone or through email.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Working technical knowledge of current networking protocols, operating systems, and technology standards.
The candidate must have a car and a valid drivers’ license, as this position requires after hours support.

Shift information:
